Seit 2016: Begleitung des Ankaufs, Relaunch und operative Geschäftsführung für die Eigentümer. Neugestaltung von Fassade und Eingangsbereich, Erweiterung der Parkplätze und bessere Verkehrserschließung. Weiterentwicklung von Markenmix und Positionierung im Großraum Wien sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem benachbarten Freizeitpark.

2015–2020: für die Eigentümer · seit 2025: EKAZENT
2015–2020: Redesign, Erweiterung um 10.000 m² auf insgesamt 30.000 m² sowie Relaunch, Geschäftsführung und Vermietung bis zur Vollvermietung. Seit 2025: Koordination des neuen Luxusclusters mit AMICIS, Missoni und Eleventy, Aufbau eines internen Vermietungsteams und Beratung zur strategischen Neuausrichtung im Auftrag von EKAZENT. Koordination von Synergien mit Freeport.

Mandate for the owners · since 2016
Since 2016: acquisition support, relaunch and operational managing directorship for the owners. Redesign of the façade and entrance, expanded parking and improved road access. Development of the brand mix and positioning in the Vienna metropolitan area, with cooperation with the neighbouring leisure park.

2015–2020: Redesign, expansion by 10,000 m² to a total of 30,000 m², relaunch, managing directorship and leasing through to full occupancy. Since 2025: coordination of the new luxury cluster with AMICIS, Missoni and Eleventy, development of an in-house leasing team and strategic realignment advice on behalf of EKAZENT. Coordination of synergies with Freeport.
