ROSES DESIGNER OUTLET – CROATIA – PHASE II
Sveti Kriz/Zagreb, Croatia
Expansion of the Roses Designer Outlet, located right at the Sv. Kriz (Exit 4) exit on the A2/E59 highway, on a major traffic route between south-eastern and central Europe, from Zagreb on the way to Maribor. Roses Designer Outlet is the first factory outlet in Croatia and will be established as the main designer outlet center also for Austria’s southeastern region, especially after the completion of the highway end of 2017 and Schengen 2018.
30 more stores will be constructed in a Mediterranean style. Venetian palaces, a cathedral and squares with an old town flair will complete the project.
The extension of 6000m² will be developed in two phases. The first part will be completed in spring 2018.
Thus the project will get the final configuration which was planned from the very beginning and get again even more attractive for the visitors.
PARNDORF FASHION OUTLET
Complete redesign and expansion of the outlet by 10,000m² to a total of 30,000m² shop space. Together with neighboring McArthurGlen, this outlet agglomeration is the largest in Europe and the fifth largest in the world.
Linking of existing buildings and complete optical redesign under the theme of Art Noveau.
Relaunch and operation of Parndorf Fashion Outlet for the owners in the position of the managing director. Redesign of the entire project, including image upgrade.
FREEPORT FASHION OUTLET
Purchase, relaunch and operation of the project for the owners in the position of the managing director. Re-design of the facade and entrance area under the theme of Art Noveau. Construction of a new round about and extension of parking spaces.
Reinforced positioning of the outlet in the Vienna metropolitan area and image upgrade through new brands.
Cooperation with the neighboring entertainment park and the creation of a supraregional excursion destination.
ROSES FASHION OUTLET EXPANSION
Currently, 2 additional locations in central Europe are under development planned.
The openings will take place between 2019 and 2020.
In the long term, the goal is to develop 5 more locations.
